We are here to dismantle, not replicate this.

In this workshop we will:

• Uncover the historical context of personal transformation work and how it is tethered to tropes of dominator culture (h/t bell hooks and Riane Eisler).
• Illuminate a framework that tends to the intersection of our personal transformation and collective liberation so that we divest from toxic practices in coaching, wellness, and leadership development.
• Integrate somatic awareness, healing, and joy into our personal and collective transformation work.
• Incorporate creative practice into our work so that we cultivate personal transformation practices in true alignment with our audacious desire to thrive in collective.
