The discourse around Black native Oregonians and transplants is often tense, evoking a history of anti-Black exclusion laws and gentrification, and the frustrations that arise in a small community where everyone knows each other. Are these tensions grounded in reality? Bruce Poinsette brings a group of Black lifelong Oregonians and transplants to the table to talk it out.
